Dealer FAQ

The review is done by hand, usually within one working day. You will get an email once it is finished. Until then you can prepare your profile and photos.

You will see the reason on your account page. Correct what was flagged and request another review. The most common reasons are a business name that does not match the address, and a phone number that goes unanswered.

Yes. Create a dealer profile from the dealer settings using the same account; the type changes automatically and your existing adverts are attached to the business profile.

For now each account is tied to one email address. If you need multiple users for the same showroom, write to info@garaz.gr and we will see what we can do.

It depends on the plan: Free 5 vehicles and 10 parts, Pro 25 and 100, Business 100 and 500. Only active adverts count.

Nothing is lost — you simply cannot publish a new advert until a slot frees up or you upgrade. The quickest fix is to mark sold whatever has already gone.

From the dealer dashboard you pick the plan you want and the request goes to our team for activation. The upgrade applies as soon as it is activated.

The account quietly falls back to the free allowance. Your existing adverts are not deleted, but you will not be able to publish new ones beyond the Free limit.

12 free, with a minimum of 5 to publish. You can add packs of 5 photos for €10 including VAT, up to 30 per advert.

There is no automated import yet. If you have a large stock in XML or CSV, write to info@garaz.gr with a sample of your file.

Adverts visible only to other approved dealers — for stock you want to move wholesale without the public seeing it. The switch is on the posting form.

Yes, as a lease takeover. You declare the monthly instalment, remaining instalments, residual value and mileage cap. These adverts appear in their own section and are not mixed with sales.

Most of the time it gets make, model, body type and the main specification right from the photos. It does not guess what cannot be seen — engine size, service history, emissions. Always check before publishing: the advert is your responsibility.

In Messages. Every conversation is tied to an advert, and you can see how many you have in total, how many you replied to, how many are waiting, and your median response time.

Yes, quick replies are available on dealer accounts and save you retyping the same sentences.

Yes, per advert, along with how many users saved it to their Garage. It is the fastest way to tell whether the problem is the price or the photos: many views and no messages means the price.

By card, through Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

Yes. Enter your business name, VAT number and tax office in your account details before purchasing, so the invoice is issued correctly.

Yes, quoted prices include VAT where applicable — the photo pack, for example, costs €10 all in.
